Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time for us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order using the "Complete Order" link in the My Account menu, and click the Return Item button row. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item.
